Meet Nisha

Nisha, an 11-year-old whose happy and sweet disposition instills warmth in those around her, has been with Pardada Pardadi for the past two years. With a father who is a farmer and a mother who works in the fields, the family just barely gets by. However, Nisha doesn't let that hold her down.

Although a talented artist, Nisha wants to become a doctor one day, helping those in her village. Currently in the 5th class, she has a good bit of schooling to go! In the mean time, her favorite subject is English, and she also helps out at home by sweeping the house.
