PPES strives to make socially empower women by making them financially independent. Women and girls are made financially secure by facilitating professional higher education, enhancing their skills, and providing jobs (in partnership with I Village).
For any job opportunity in the
PPES provides opportunities for further education for the students and give them career guidance for their life ahead. Today 72 of
Pardada Pardadi also partners with I Village to create gainful livelihood opportunities for rural girls and women. Unskilled and semi-skilled women are given on-the-job training in stitching, hand embroidery, and machine embroidery.
